Associate Engineer (XML C#) - Contingent
Description
We are hiring an associate level .NET software engineer to work on the Content and Media
portfolio development team. . We are seeking individuals who are excited about working to
deliver high quality, scalable software solutions. This position is contingent. It is anticipated
to last 6 -12 months with the possibility of conversion or renewal up to 2 years.
This position will utilize the following technologies (but not limited to):
* XML
* C#
* .NET Framework 3.5 SP1
* Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF)
* LINQ
* TFS
* XQuery a plus
* Microsoft Office Add-in development a plus
Qualifications
Requirements:
Strong technical aptitude.
Strong communication and problem solving skills.
Experience developing frameworks or similar API work preferred.
Solid understanding of enterprise system and application design
Should have at least some hands-on exposure to the technologies listed, 1 - 3 years of
relevant experience required.
BS/MS/PhD in CS or equivalent.
C# skills and object oriented design experience.
Experience in XML and its querying methods (preferably XQuery)
Knowledge agile development methodologies desired.

new platform, eagerly become an expert, and find/create solutions to the problems they
