Required Skills /Expected Scope of Work:
2.1 Requirements of Proposed Consultants (Required Skills):
The Department expects the selected contractor(s) to have expert level information technology
experience and skills
as noted for the following position types:
Developer
Minimum of 5 years COBOL experience
Minimum 5 years experience with IBM mainframes
DBA
Minimum of 5 years experience working with DB2 on IBM mainframes
System Architect
Minimum of 5 years experience designing large high volume systems on IBM mainframes
Tester/QA
Minimum of 5 years experience writing and executing test plans for large COBOL based systems.
All positions
Preference given to those with previous experience working with the ORSIS system
